Note: Once a person is subscribed to GCRA, he or she will pay an annual fee of 10 US Dollars as an Associate member. After serving for three years as a subscribed member in GCRA, an Associate member becomes a Voting member, hence he or she will pay 20 US Dollars a year. Students will become Associate members three years upon subscription and will pay an annual fee of 10 US Dollars.
