Dr. Amarendra Khatua is a retired senior in the Indian Foreign Services. He was the former High Commissioner of India to Argentina,Ivory Coast. He was the Former Secretary (Special Assignment) at Ministry of External Affairs (India).
He creates an ecosystem by engaging with large network created over 20 years of experience as Social Entrepreneur, worked with Corproates, Govt and NGOs including Tata Power and the National Skill Development Corporation. He is an Erasmus Mundus Scholar and holding a PhD and M.A. in Social Work (MSW) from TISS.
